B - Bold

A fearless southern girl is . . .

Bold
She considers events and opportunities beyond the usual limits of conventional thought or action. In other words, she doesn't let shoulds and oughts hold her back or dictate what she says and does. She's willing to think outside of the box imposed by cultural norms. When everyone else is delivering pineapple casserole to the bereaved, she's delivering a stack of newspapers with the obituary. When other folks are throwing wild-growing lambs-quarters in the weed pile, she's cooking them up for dinner.

A-Z Explorer! Great post!

When going through massage school one of the challenges we were presented with was to try to make it through a week without saying "should". Even if it's just to yourself..."I should..." It's a whole lot harder then it sounds!

Good Luck with A-Z!
